18-1-18 | Cyprus meeting Cost Action

Sustainable Workforce’s Jelle Lössbroek became a Management Committee Member of COST Action IS 1409. COST Actions are funded by the European Union to promote transnational interdisciplinary collaboration: Action IS1409 is a European platform for researchers on the interrelations of gender, health and policies to extend working lives.

The two-day meeting in Larnaka, Cyprus was devoted to managing the multitude of cooperative projects initiated by the Action. Jelle Lössbroek is currently involved in two projects: an academic journal’s special issue on the topic of this Action, involving scholars from seven countries, and a policy brief on personnel policies aiming to extend working lives, involving scholars from three countries.
